"FYI if you buy Jimmy Choo shoes and within weeks of the purchase they literally start to fall apart, SAKS where I bought them told me to use crazy glue to put them back together and the Jimmy Choo store looked me up and down and after asking the manager said I could bring them in for repair but it would take 6-8 weeks and they wouldn't give a price quote, but somehow I'm not thinking it'll be free. If you notice the bling on BOTH sneakers are falling off--why did I treat myself?!?! And I still have the box and receipt and SAKS was like oh it's more than 2 months (literally like days after 2 months) so sorry, talk to shoe repair aka crazy glue man!"

"Absolutely the worst customer service. Purchased a pair of shoes that are defective. Wore them once and the leather inside is not put together properly causing a “dent”(brought them to a shoe repair store who let me know this) in the shoe! Wore the shoes one time and this happened. Contacted customer service who lost my email twice and then said there was nothing they could do! $600 paid of shoes and there’s “nothing” you can do?"
