"I came in on a Saturday, Manager Elena was super helpful and efficient. I ordered shoes online and came in store to exchange them. I got 2 sizes to see which fit better and all 4 shoes came out within less than 10 min. Cashier Lanae was also super helpful and fast."

"I usually don't like to write bad reviews, because I understand the situations and the work atmospheres etc... But read this review. The black floor guy ,he was very rude , not welcoming, not even smiling, he was so arrogant. I was about to spend a couples of hundreds , I asked him for the shoes size ,he went to the back, it took him more than 5min although the store was completely empty no customers inside. Then he back to me with a dirty look , and with unappropriate way to apologize not even appreciate my waiting time. Not recommend this store specifically. Footlocker management please spend more time to train your workers not not all of them but some of them they need an extra training. Competition is real though"

"Super nice sneakers and athletic clothing. The focus is on sneakers however, and there's a very large selection of all the major brands. Ultra trendy sneakers for both men and women. Also a kids section. Lots of friendly and helpful staff. There's a dual entrance. One entrance says 'House of Hoops' and the other says Footlocker."
