"Was first customer this morning, standing outside til doors open. Employee (seemed like manager) unlocked door and walked away. Didn’t even open it. Mind you were within 2 feet of another. I walk in. It’s FIVE employees on the floor in a tight knit shop. Not a single one said good morning, or said a word to me. Nothing. I went there to buy Black classics and left because why would I spend my money there?"

"Horrible customer service. I went in this morning 1/2/24 at 11:30am to purchase UGGs for my daughter. I had the most pathetic experience working with a young sales associate who had on a black long sleeve shirt and gray sweatpants. I asked for a certain size and color. This sales associate had a bad attitude and work ethic. Very unhelpful. She comes back upstairs with a janky box that looks like someone stepped on with the wrong shoes. Then when I brought this to her attention she starts huffing and puffing her breath to her coworker about how she’s not going back to the stockroom to look for more shoes. Excuse me? This is your job this is what you get paid to do. I have purchased about 5 UGGs within this month. Every time I go to this location you are treated awful. Like they are doing you a favor like you came to their house to bother them. The regional/district manager needs to reevaluate the staff at this location. Mediocre to say the least. I will not be coming to this location ever again. I had to have the manager assist me because the sales associate I was working with looked miserable and was useless. She kept complaining and moaning about every little thing. Couldn’t even ring me out correctly for my items purchased. Don’t come to this location"

"Best location friendly staff I met Fernando and her was great he helped me get the right gift for my daughter . The girls at the register even though the store was busy they held it together . The staff was great .!"

"Nice UGG store, but definitely too small for the number of customers. Staff is very friendly and helpful, as best as they can do. They should not let so many customers in the shop. Great and huge selection of UGG products."
