"Bought a pair of Ballet flats with Nickolas at the Soho store. I am very happy with the selections, and most importantly, the shoes are comfortable and elegant. My associate, Nickolas, is very keen and responsive in helping me. Setting up an appointment with him over the text is also very easy. I am definitely coming back to the store and Nickolas for my next purchases!"

"A very mixed experience here - I came in to buy a pair of shoes on 8/19 and was helped by a lovely brunette girl wearing a cute white dress. My experience with her was wonderful, and I felt taken care of and bought a pair of mary janes. Unfortunately I discovered after purchasing that several of the seams on the shoes were coming part already, so I went in to make an exchange on 8/21. During the exchange I was helped by a lady with red-brown hair who was very rude. I looked at the available other shoes in my size, but she made me feel like I was annoying her every time we chatted. The 2 other available shoes in my color and size also had defects - scuff on the leather and peeling hardware color - so I ended up returning the shoes. At the return she just sighed and didn’t attach it to my account. The lack of shoes without faults and the attitude of the sales associate was quite disappointing. I really had high hopes after being helped by the first girl!"

"Piss poor customer service! I ordered a pair of Sandals from Sam Edelman last Thursday 8/10/2023. I looked at my email today because I have not received my purchase. I had an email saying that my Order was delivered on 8/15/2023, by Fed-ex. I have not received my order as of today. The FedEx picture that they took was not my house. I called your customer service and explained the situation, and was told they have to investigate and she could not tell when I can get a refund or reorder, or get a credit! I have never placed a order with this store! Very disappointed the representative hung up on me. I don’t this! I have no reason to lie! Be careful ordering from this site! Customer service is awful, and just might lose your money! Whatever happened to quality customer service!"
