"Just met Jackie the manager at the Paramus location. I have to share because she was so warm, smart and very knowledgeable.I was there to replace a broken backpack. They didn’t have the product and we almost ordered directly from the backpack company but we stayed because of Jackie. She is so efficient here at this location but can totally see her rising quickly. I say promote this woman she is a GEM!"
