"Terrible customer service, dishonest, and a crook. I ordered several shoes here throughout the years. The latest pair were screwed up. 2 completely different shoes. I didn't open the box until several months later. Once I realized they were different, I went back to the store. Owner says he was going to check. Then comes back to the counter and says to call him in 2 to 3 weeks. I show him the receipt and shoes and ask for a refund. He threatens to call the police. "No one in my house needs specialty shoes, but this store is nearby our home in Bloomfield. I have purchased many great pairs of shoes and one pair of slippers from them. We typically go there to get shoes for my 3 year old, we've always been happy with the experience. I took off one star because their selection isn't huge but they carry quality brands. Would recommend checking it out."
