"This is one of the best little restaurants (and best-kept secrets) in New York. The chef is extremely talented and he’s also a really welcoming, skilled host. The restaurant is cozy, intimate, and well-appointed, and literally everything on the menu is exquisite. 10/10 do recommend. I live in the neighborhood and go all the time."

"Had a wonderful dinner at Dough Vale. Both of the pizzas we ordered were perfect, full of flavor with a chewy crust and the perfect cheese to sauce ratio. Also had the cannolis which were some of the best I’ve had :) The owner, Giuseppe, is such a lovely, warm person and we will be back to see him soon!"
