"We had the most amazing time at Primo celebrating my sisters Bridal Shower. Everything from the food, drinks, service and atmosphere was absolutely perfect. Nicole, the event coordinator, was such a sweetheart and so easy to work with. She made sure we were well taken care of."

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Primo with some friends visiting from Kentucky. At first glance, Primo exudes the aura of a fine dining establishment, and the aesthetics of the place are undeniably captivating. Whether you choose to sit indoors or outdoors, every angle provides a picturesque view, complemented by finely set tables, glistening glasses, and pristine silverware. However, our experience was not without hiccups. We encountered prolonged wait times just to order drinks, and it took a reminder to get the bread sticks to our table. Our decision to indulge in the seafood tower was unfortunately marred by the presence of crab that was clearly past its prime, emitting an unpleasant aroma. I did point this out to the manager, Michelle, who was remarkably professional about the situation. Regrettably, our second course wasn’t much better; everything was overcooked and dry. Despite these setbacks, I must highlight the restaurant's ambiance and Michelle’s commendable efforts. She was omnipresent, working tirelessly to ensure guests were content. Having been in the hospitality industry for over two decades, I understand the intricacies and challenges of running a restaurant. Still, given the premium pricing at Primo, the lapses in service and food quality were hard to overlook. I'm willing to consider giving Primo another chance in the future, hoping to experience what they truly have to offer. But for this visit, it was a disappointing"

"I chose Primo to celebrate my birthday since I’ve always had a good experience here. Unfortunately it wasn’t the same this particular day I ordered the pork steak which had the most incredible seasoning and it was a chef special so you don’t really see it too often on the menu but unfortunately, the cut of meat fell short. It was 70% fat and bone, with 30% being edible. Such a tease. The squid pasta is great and the antipasto appetizer is the best nearby. I didn’t like the chocolate cake with olive oil because the flavor of the oil overpowered the cake. And unfortunately the cream curdled in my coffee but the waitress replaced it quickly. Overall it wasn’t a great birthday meal for me. But, it was likely a fluke because everything else was incredible and I’m looking forward to giving the pork steak again because the seasoning was memorable! I’m craving it."
