"This place is incredible! Homemade Italian goods everything from salads to the famous fresh baked bread. I’ve eaten that at so many bakeries in New Jersey and this one is my absolute favorite. A true family business that does not rip you off, I got three loaves of bread and a bread bowl for about six dollars! What a steal! Every other place has been totally ripping me off and I had no clue! I literally come here for any and all of my bread needs, if I need something sliced for sandwhices or if I’m doing a dinner party for friends this bread is the absolute best!"

"I have been ordering from here for many years for all my parties. The Service and bread has always been delicious. I have always loved coming to this place and I’ve always recommended to many of my friends and clients However I called to place an order for rolls and I was told by the store manager in charge, they are no longer allowing customers on the retail side to place orders For the 5 to 6 inch Italian rolls. I needed 60 rolls for a party. Apparently this started and is a new policy put in place six months ago. I don’t understand this and I question this because they are an actual production bakery, and I was told that they only make a certain amount of these rolls and will not make anymore once sold out. . There will be no guarantee of availability. Once they are done they are done for the day. Does anyone else think this is crazy? They are a retail and wholesale bakery but I guess the retail aspect is really not important. I thought I would be doing a favor to place the order so that they knew ahead of time to allocate and plan, To accommodate not only their staff, but also other customers This is so disappointing and frustrating, especially when planning for a large group. I was actually told to get there when they first open to get the best chance of getting these rolls Anthony and sons, please go back to your prior way of doing business on the retail side!!! This is a horrible way to do business."

"The staff are so nice and make you feel welcome, Everything is super fresh, it’s a huge operation ensuring everyday you get the best fresh bread, ciabatta rolls French baguettes, long rolls round rolls . Great selection of pastas and olive oil, love the panettone, top of the line cold cuts, you don’t have to worry about where to there is plenty parking spaces"

"Every time I’ve had Anthony & Sons, I have never been disappointed. The deli sandwiches are all delicious and my go-to is the cranberry chicken salad sandwich aka the #16. The 7 grain roll is always fresh and the glazed walnuts add nice texture to every bite. If you’re passing by and hungry, stop by and grab the #16 and leave satisfied."
