"Took my mom for sneakers today. She’s not always easy to deal with, but Andrew was great with her right from the start! So many people treat older people either like children or like idiots. He treated her like an adult who’s capable of making her own decisions! Once he talked to her and listened to what she wanted he went in the back & came out with several boxes. She narrowed her choices to 3 and then with his help chose the ones she thought would be best for her. He didn’t rush her at all, but it took only about 30 minutes from start to finish, and she walked out so happy with the entire experience. Thank you Andrew!"
