"I’ve purchased from them some years back always a good shopping experience. They are now closed at this location. I was there on 9/20/23, the for rent sign is out and it’s totally empty. Update this because I went based on google providing shopping hours. I wasted my time and gas."

"I called the store about a week ago to ask about the process of getting dresses for my team. The manager told me that they were not conducting fittings due to COVID and that everything needed to be ordered online. She provided the website and told me to call back with the style number/sizes that I needed and that an order would be placed. I call back today and I get told that orders do not happen at all! WHAT?! Now, I have a dance team who is due to perform and now does not have outfits! Not to mention, no solution was provided. No recommendation of where else to go or how else to get outfits - basically just a rude "not sure who you spoke to but that doesn't happen right now". If it was an error in communication from the staff, why wouldn't you offer an apology or a suggestion on how to make it better? Or tell me what you have in store that can work for my team. Instead it was just a brush off. Completely unprofessional and I would not recommend."

I had my dog with me and they treated him so cute even though he escaped from the dressing room. They even honored a coupon for me. I’m very happy with my new gear and the excellent service.
