"I was going to decide to buy a pair of tennis shoes and they have very nice tennis shoes but it's horrible that the workers follow you wherever you go if you need help you will call them but having them behind you is very uncomfortable you are not going to steal a single shoe horrible experience, I will not return nor would I recommend it"

"Customers saying the sneakers are fake are assuming without solid proof. The store only sells authentic sneakers. The store policy’s is only exchanges (no refunds) with receipt and box In new condition. The store doesn’t force the customers to purchase without their acknowledgement.The store policy is in the front counter. customers that don’t get a refund make false accusations that the sneakers are fake to try to get their way. The company exists for over 30 years with other locations In queens New York. I for one have been a customer ever since I started wearing sneakers."

"One star..and definitely will not be buying from there!! Their shoes are extremely over priced and I could get them for much cheaper and more varieties. The workers are super nosy and they just want you to buy the shoes for the money. Had a terrible experience both times i went. I just wanted to look at the shoes they had and managed to try on a pair. I told the lady the shoes didn’t fit and she was telling me they still fit big. That’s on me to decide especially when I was shopping for a bigger shoe. The workers kept getting in my business and asking me a ton of questions even when i didn’t want to buy anything just looking around. Wouldn’t recommend…better to buy online STAY AWAY!!! complete scammers."

"I purchased two pair of sneakers at this location. Sale represenative Rodolfo was very helpful and knowledgeable. We received excellent customer service from Rodolfo. He's patience with children. The cashier was a little rude.(I did not mind she ask for my ID,but I find it odd that she typed in my credit card numbers instead of swiping the card. The cashier "Cash" need a little refreshing course on customer service. Thank you Rodolfo for an excellent experience at the store."
