"My name is Xavier Peña, I was a supervisor at this store who was fired for using a word that is common around this area of New Jersey. I can go into a lot of details of how messed this company really is. The way they treat their employees is awful, especially if you’re not a ASM or Store Manager who can pretty much get away with a lot of things. If your planning on working there now I would recommend not to if you take your mental health and social life serious because these people will make you feel that your worthless especially the District Manager Jonathan Diaz who has given himself a standard too high and has singled out countless employees if they weren’t doing exactly what he was asking for which is a authoritarian behavior. If you thought HR would actually help about this they won’t since they are all friends and will do exactly what their friends say such in the case of Arthur Crew who actually got away with harassing female employees in the store and was then swept under the rug to avoid issues of coming out to the public about this situation."

"It is a Crazy shop and it requires a tip for every purchase you make. They didn’t tell me why I needed a tip they just forced me to tip them. This incident happened at Garden States Parma’s Finish Line."

"Excellent shoe choices. That's about it. The customer service lacks professionalism. Seems like they don't feel like being there. An associate rang me up...... talk about unprofessional and rude. It's the holidays, and you figure they would ask if I wanted a gift receipt. Nope, she said I should've asked at the beginning of the transaction. When she finally got me the gift receipt, she put it in the bag and didn't say anything, just says next. I also double-checked from another finish line store about having the model and size I wanted, which they reassured me they had. That was wrong. I suggest you drive out to Palisades Mall instead; they go above and beyond, and their customer service is excellent. Either that or just shop online. I definitely won't suggest this place to anyone."

"The assortment is kind of good but the customer service is terrible. We have found the model we wanted but not the size we need. So we tried to find someone to help with sizes. But it was looking like there is only one guy was there for the whole store, we waited for 10-15 minutes and left. If you do not have enough staff to help poeple, just put all sizes in the store so poeple could be able to help themselves."
