"DO NOT SHOP HERE. ZERO STARS!! I purchased a prom gown for my daughter on March 1 for a May 25 prom. I paid for the dress, and I was told that I would be contacted from the seamstress regarding the alternations needed. I was called by Maryann (seamstress) a couple of weeks later and made an appointment for March 29. At that time I paid in full for the alternations. I was told that I should get the dress back at least 2 weeks before the prom. When I did not hear from Maryann, I called her and she said that she had other gowns that had to be altered for an earlier prom and were more involved so she still hadn't worked on my daughter's gown. She said that it would not take long to do the alterations, she would finish over the weekend, and call me. When I did not hear from her by Monday morning, May 22, I called her and left 3 messages. She finally called me back and said I had to wait until May 24 (day before the prom) to go to the shop and have my daughter try on the dress. I was very upset because there was other stuff to do this week and since I paid in full on March 29, the dress should have been completed as promised (at least 2 weeks prior). I told her that I did not experience anything like this when I purchased my daughter's prom gown the year before. Maryann then told me that I should have went back to that shop if I wasn't happy. Really? That's how you talk to a paying customer. The manager, Frank, is a weasel! When we picked up the dress, I told him that I thought I should get my money back for the alternations since I didn't receive the dress when I was promised. He said he would call the owner and went in the back. When he came out, he said since you are getting the dress before prom, we will not give you your money back. What a way to treat a paying customer. I paid over $600 for the prom gown and another $145 in alterations well in advanced, and because the seamstress put other dresses before my daughter's, we had to wait until the very last minute to pick up the dress. Maryann is crazy! She initially came off as a sweet old lady but once I spoke up about getting the dress, she turned into a witch! Told me it was my problem! DO NOT SHOP HERE!"

"By far my best experience for prom dress shopping for my daughter. From the time we walked into the doors we were greeted with a smile! Tiffani was the bomb. She asked for inspo pics and really listened to what my daughter was looking for! Overall fabulous experience will be returning."

"Best place to find your prom dress!! When I walked in the staff was so friendly and by far the best experience I had at a dress place. Dresses were organized well and they had a nice selection. I had Tiffany and she was so accommodating to find the perfect dress for me."

"Two word BAD and UNRELIABLE service for pageant dresses. I wish there was not even a one star to give as they deserve zero for their service. My daughter is competing for Miss Teen NJ 2023. The dress was ordered 6 weeks in advance. I was given timeline of two weeks for delivery. I was delivered dress on the opening day of competition in the evening. They couldn’t even accommodate to deliver the dress a day before the competition. I had to drop my daughter off at the competition and pick up the dress from coco chateau to drop off again, which took my entire day and made us nervous for the competition. And the dress was delivered in the clear plastic rather than zipper bag that is commonly given for the pageants. And, the owners excuse was that manufacturing is on the late side but was never communicated to us."

"My sister came here in confidence and picked out a dress for prom. The pandemic then hit and this place was closed for almost 2 years so she had no way to pick her dress up. She was never called to be informed that her dress was being sold to someone else so she could make a proper decision. Today she was given corporates number and they did absolutely nothing!! Joann was rude and did nothing to help solve the problem!"
