"Terrible customer service. Employees are disrespectful and arrogant. They do not value politeness and integrity and definitely are not qualified for customer service positions. The female manager is incompetent of managing her staff or her professional demeanour. Using curse words and cussing customers out who are simply following rules to get the food they paid for, and then being petty and childish, is not manager behaviour. This facility needs a proper check in and employee run through done by the company!"

"On Sunday night around 11pm I mobile ordered three biggie bags. I picked up the food in the drive thru. They gave me 3 bags and three drinks. I went home I opened the bag and the Oder was wrong. I got my drinks and the 2 biggie bags but the third one was wrong. I called right away 2-3 times they did not pick up the phone. We put the wrong order in the fridge. The next day we could not go because we had to go somewhere. On Tuesday we went at 7 pm. We went with the receipt and the wrong order. There was a guy there we told him what happened and he called the Spanish lady and she came and we told her and she did not listen she was very rude. she did not know how to talk to a customer. We asked for the manager, and she said that I am the manager. I didn’t know who made her the manager she was so disrespectful. She said that we did not call, but we did. She brought a form and said to fill it out and they will call the next day. We don’t have the time for this. We can’t go 14 miles back and forth every time. She was very difficult rude and stupid she had no commonsense. We gave her all the proof. I am never going to buy from here ever again. I would give 0 Stars if I could but it starts at 0. They should change the manager maybe then there restaurant will start working better."

"All the food they served was old. Not sure how that's possible in the middle of the dinner rush when they are busy. They gave me cold bread with my burger, on top of that they missed a burger from my order. Spicy nuggets were old. Cookie is dusty. I even think something was wrong with the soda machine because both the soda and a HighC fruit punch flavors were both off. They tasted like similar syrup. Ridiculous, plus the entire condiment section and silverware was were all empty and dirty. Would not recommend stopping here unless you want old food."

"I love Wendy’s, however I just had the worst experience. On 2/8/23 around 7pm, I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich in lettuce wrap meal w/ 4 piece spicy nuggets. The young lady on the intercom misunderstood how I requested my sandwich, so I explained that I would like my sandwich wrapped in lettuce instead of bun. I assume they took what I said offensive and became very rude at the window. First and foremost the young guy with black curly hair at the 2nd window shoved the bag of food to me. My sandwich fell out of the container and my food was all over the bag. Secondly I asked for a straw, in response he “slammed” the window shut and proceeded to dance in front of his friends while giving a hi five to a peer. At this point, I decided to check my food thoroughly to see if something was wrong with it. The top of the lettuce was very slimy as if someone put something on it and there was something brown on the bottom of the sandwich which smelled foul! (Pics below) I’d hate to make assumptions that something was placed in my food but I can’t help but notice these disgusting things. I threw the food away and decided to report it!"

"The food (sandwich and chili) tasted ok but definitely not the cleanest Wendy's. It was not busy at all but the tables were dirty, soda spills on the floor but not cleaned up, and garbage on the floors. Most customers had to clean the tables themselves before sitting at the tables. Also, the soda machine was off. No ice and the flavor was lacking. It just didn't taste right. I would not come back."
