Sub-Ology

"This was my first (won't be my last) visit to Sub-Ology. I ordered a pair of Italian-style subs (#4 and # 14) and a tuna sub. What I received was excellent. Large sandwiches (two lunches for two of us and we are fairly big eaters) made with generous amounts of quality meats and veggies. My daughter - the tuna salad nut - was especially impressed by the albacore salad. Perhaps best of all was the quality of the rolls. No soggy, soft teeny sub rolls (seems like a lot of places are going to smaller rolls to save $) these but crusty, well-baked rolls that were a perfect match for the insides. We normally treat ourselves to Millburn Deli sandwiches since they are excellent and just ten minutes from our home in Union but the extra 15 minutes was well worth the trip. Not to be remiss, the young lady at the counter was pleasant and accurate with the tweeks to my order and the chefs who prepared the sandwiches were pleasant and personable. I will be back to check out some of the other items on their extensive menu."

"This is a great sub shop. Delicious food, best hot pepper relish I've ever had. Spicy Italian sandwich was amazing. Nice people who care about if you liked it."

"Far and away the best sandwiches in the area. Just-right proportions of every ingredient - you can taste each one without anything being overpowering. Delicious fresh baked bread compliments the sandwich. Not cheap, but each sandwich is big enough for two meals."

"Such a cute little sub shop! The staff were very welcoming and happy to explain any of the subs that they offer. The turkey avocado speciality sub is what I got and it was massive! Very yummy great quality subs and a nice dine-in experience. Would come back again to try more of the many subs they offer!"

"Please do your due diligence as a consumer; the cashier over charged me. I ordered a ham, roast beef and cheese sandwich which was posted as $8.99 (half) on the board. I was charged for a pastrami roast beef and cheese— which was more. I immediately brought her to her attention which she then stated, “Two meats are all the same price.” Which in fact, it wasn’t. She gave me $1 back, which then obviously wasn’t enough either. A five star experience for me is from start to finish with the establishment, it started off bad, really bad.. but the gentlemen behind the counter and food most certainly make up for it.. On to the subs, boy oh boy is this definitely delicious, everything is fresh and plentiful for the price. The wait isn’t long, but parking can be an issue. I’d go back again to visit, would just watch the cashier more closely."
