"Agree with previous posts about the attitude and lack of help from staff at Columbus store. I actually said something to them about the lack of welcome and one girl said “I guess you didn’t hear us say hello” in a very snarky way. Will never come back. Manager needs to hire better staff. A robot would be warmer and no snark."

"Will never visit again. We flew from Florida and we were so excited to visit as we purchase tons online. My husband found the store and wanted to treat our girls attending here. I entered the store and wasn’t greeted. I wasn’t ask if I needed help with my selections. The lady at the counter did not moved from it at all, and had this unhappy face that does not invite to purchase anything. I was truly surprised how unpleasant made me feel. I was with my two girls and I browse for half hour and had trouble deciding in size and as I asked my husband what he thought she just stand at her counter and looked at us. My baby was with us and woke up and was smiling and being cute and she had cero emotions. For a children store you would expect more. Family interactions sells the brand! I got one dress because i needed it and left. But truly I didnt want to purchase anything because of how terrible the customer service was. My husband even joked that I could have sold half of that store to anyone because how fan I am of M&A items and how well I know them. Sadly, You lost a loyal customer."
