"Ordered the Nike Waffle One on sale in a toddler size on their website. I didn’t do any research on the company prior so I was a bit nervous if the site was legit…but it is!. The shoes shipped very quickly and their sale prices are amazing! I’ll definitely be returning to order more. I’ve even referred friends"

"My experience was not all so great, I’m a first time buyer from the website. I bought two baby shoes initially, they didn’t look as advertise on website, they looked defected, both shoes had a yellow shadow(one shoe suppose to be all pink, other all white as advertised). So I thought maybe this was a one off, so I order another pair, this shoe arrived with a brownish shadow (suppose to be all white). I reached out to customer service for an explanation behind my experience, no reply regarding my defective orders, if the shoes are not authentic, then that’s ok, it just should be advertised so customers like myself would know what to expect or look else where. But they were quick to issue me a return and refund for the items. I thank them for that. I bought clothes through the company, no complaints there."

"Horrible!! Rip off!! I ordered shoes for my daughter December 12th and they were to arrive the 19th, I received my confirmation email and then when they did t arrive, I emailed to see if there was any updates...I received an email back stating they had cancelled my order and closed my account because they couldn't verify my billing Information. THEN WHY DIDNT I Receive anything stating that before I contacted them about where the order was?? And my billing information seemed to be just fine to charge my card and not refund it!! Complete SCAM SCAM SCAM"

"What an amazing experience I had at this store. The place is neat. Raphael demonstrated excellent customer service. All the staff was exceptional! The 2nd floor is a ton of fun with the interactive free games and option to purchase ice cream! I had visited many other sneaker stores but eventually bought from Rookie USA bc overall I felt valued as a consumer. Thank you!"
