"I love the selection of toys but I have to admit it’s not a super welcoming store and that’s why I’m giving this place 3 stars (sorry Monchichis!). I agree with the rest of the reviews regarding the customer service — it’s why I prefer the Bleeker location. It’s unfortunate because this location is closest to places I frequent and I want to stick around to look at everything at my own pace but I don’t love how passive the cashier is. Sometimes you’ll touch something in the store and she’ll go rearrange it immediately (even though you already intended to/even if you didn’t even move anything) or if you grab something she’ll make a comment right away about what you picked up because she’s observing your every move. I do hope things change, I really want to love this store."

"Happened to walk past after dinner nearby and saw they had a sonny angel display from the window. Got super excited and went inside only to find out it was sold out which was expected. I’m not an avid sonny angel collector but have been wanting to pick one up for awhile and they seem to be sold out everywhere. They did have some smiskis I picked up. The owner overheard my conversation with a friend and was so nice to us and let us know they’re expecting shipment soon and gave us a card with their online shop. I didn’t know they were featured on tik tok after reading the reviews. Not sure about the other reviews but the owner treated my friend and I very well and even struck a conversation while checking out"

"Cute lil shop! I discovered it on TikTok as I’ve recently started to collect Sonny Angels. The vibe is so cute inside and they also sell lots of stuff for babies. They didn’t have much options for Sonny Angels when I visited but it didn’t disappoint as I still got some of the Donna Wilson collaboration. Looking forward to coming back during my next visit to the city."

"I love this place! I’ve been going here since September of last year- and it’s only expanded its selection since! The owner is super sweet and incredibly helpful. I went yesterday to pick up some Sonny Angels & a keychain for my fiancé. The owner happily showed me the different Monchhichi keychains available and pulled out more colors that weren’t already out! She is super sweet and friendly. The toys are super cute!!! I want to buy everything in this store. Highly recommend going here- even just to visit :)"
