"Love carters! But Linda was so rude and unprofessional."
"Never buying from this store or carters.com again. I bought my daughter 4 sets or PJs online. They were too big. So I ordered again the same sets in a smaller size. Today, I went to this store to return the bigger sets and I was refused the return. They say I have to contact customer service and so the return with them. This is the reason a lot of people still order with Amazon....easy to order easy to return!"

"I went in there with 3 leggings ready to exchange for bigger size. The ones I bought were too tight for my baby but I did not have original receipt. Sales Associate said it would be $4 for each new legging and did not want to value the return policy. I showed her the sign that clearly said "no receipt? exchange for items in store" Then manager spoke over her and authorized the transaction since its exchange for same items just bigger size. Sales Associate was clearly not willing to provide customer satisfaction until manager interfered."
