"They were absolutely amazing, 10/10 for service, and on top of it, they were so kind! I was heading to a wedding in Avalon, NJ, from NYC; I got a flat tire on the turnpike, but to make it to the wedding, I had to get to Avalon; it was late at night. The next morning, I called, and they squeezed me in that day before the wedding!!! Literally the best service!!!"

"Great place. Highly recommend. I thought there was a leak in my one tire. I called at 4:58 to get in the next morning. They answered when they could have easily not have since they closed in two minutes. Told me to just bring my car the next morning and they would look at it right away. They did just that. They could not find a leak so they let me go free of charge. Will definitely go again!"

"Although an unexpected cost, Joe and his team were great. I had a flat that was unrepairable the day before we left to return home from vacation. It led to needing 4 new tires due to all wheel drive car. After confirming this with my mechanic from home I proceeded with the repair. Joe’s team were able to get the tires and complete the repair ahead of schedule with a very fair price.Thanks for all your help."

"Very disappointed in this place.. I’ve gone here before and this time I had my doors taken off of my 1999 jeep wrangler for just under $200. When I picked up the car I noticed the interior lights had been left on all day. For that steep of a price I figured they would be aware of the fact that you have to pull a fuse out in order to turn them off in the older models. I decided to pull the fuse myself and didn’t want to bother them as they were closing in a few minutes. However, I now have a dead battery which they refuse to do anything about. I called about the issue and the man on the phone was blaming me for “leaving a switch on” not to mention his unapologetic and rude attitude. Don’t take your car here. Just drive a few minutes off island for a fraction of the price. Edit** Now that the owner has responded I’d like to clarify that there was no chance of asking for help as the entire situation was blamed on me from the get-go. Although frustrated, I was polite throughout the the 2 minute phone call. I guess at the end when I simply stated that I wouldn’t be bringing my car back to them is what they considered “beyond rude”. It’s sad that the owner is so reluctant to fix a problem that they caused. Regardless of whether it’s a fuse, plug or a switch; Avalon Auto should’ve been willing to admit that they missed a simple step in a $200 process that ended up draining my battery. The interior lights weren’t on when i dropped it off, but they were when I picked it up because they missed a step. Simple as that."

"So thankful this place exists! Two years in a row our car needed some work and they have done an amazing job. Quick service, excellent people, great prices, and can accommodate many different types of vehicles. Would recommend to anyone as not just an option, but as a preferred choice!"
