"So as an honest review first of all drive-thru is very convenient, but the speaker and microphone system aren't working and you could barely communicate so that is something that has to be addressed right away, the food is okay the bagels are delicious but I ordered a cream cheese sandwich with all vegetables, so I was told I can get up to three vegetable toppings and any additional I want to add I'll have to pay for, so I had to decide which 3 vegetable I'll take, I get the receipt lo and behold I was charged for every topping separately, now I don't care so much that I was charged and the guy told me wrong information, which is a problem, I was more upset that I would have added what I really wanted in my sandwich had I known that I pay for it anyways. Updates: so I tried them again since their bagels are so good, this time I went inside and ordered by the kiosk, very disappointed and totally unprofessional I cannot figure out their way of pricing, so I order 2 sandwiches, one cream cheese with vegetables and one sunny-side-up with vegetable's in the cream cheese sandwich each vegetable added is charged $0.35 in the Sunny side up sandwich each vegetable is charged $0.50, I attached photos so you can see, can anyone explain?"

"I was about to leave to the country I was so hungry I didn’t eat in hours and I notice Hot Bagels just opened up I didn’t even know so I pulled up and see only a drive through even better I pull up order and it’s out within minutes awesome. Delicious food I got a toasted bagel with cream cheese egg and cheese it was exactly how I imagined can’t wait to be back to try some more of the menu and when in house seating opens up to dine in."

"The food is really good. They forgot utensils and gave me cream cheese instead of tuna so definitely double check before you leave the drive thru. They still don't have shakshuka. I know they are new so hopefully this will all be sorted out soon"
