"Problem after problem. I purchased a car in December. There are at least three things wrong with this car. Tire pressure sensor, heated seat and a wet leaking trunk. After it nearly ruined several handmade Christmas presents, we brought it back in. Took a few weeks to get a service appointment. Then they wanted to charge hundreds of dollars to fix a car we had less than 3 weeks. We fought that, because we purchased the bumper to bumper warranty. They waived the fees after several conversations. Now they have had the car for 2 full weeks. Go to pick up from service, trunk is still wet. No one from service is in, only a cashier. Not even 5 minutes later, the tire pressure light is back on. Lots of talk about how they support their customers and are here for anything we need, but it’s been the same run around over and over. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. The hours and tears I have spent over this vehicle is just not okay. They sell a car with issues, promise to fix it, and nothing is better. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else."
