"After spending over $7000+ in a span of 2 weeks my $600 order goes missing. Customer support told me i would get a refund. After a week of no refund i called back and they tell me that they wont refund me. On top of that 8 pairs of the jordan socks i recieved came damaged and a few came with the store security sensor on them and i was told i could "try" returning them in store but it would be up to the manager if they would exchange them for me. I will not spend another dollar here, they obviously dont care about the customers who spend big with them."
