Reviews of SKECHERS Warehouse Outlet
"I ordered slip-ins online in my usual shoe size (15) was atleast a size too large. Stopped at the store to see if larger sizes were in stock and we were asked several times if we needed help. Told the employees what happened and that I was returning the 15s via ups. They matched my discount on the spot for another pair that fit. Thanks guys! Unrelated to this location - I called skechers 800 number to ask about exchanges and was told there are no exchanges. Should return and repurchase another pair. Also, if you sell shoes up to 16 maybe update the sizing guide on the website. It only goes to 13 and nothing about width. This is disappointing."
"Sunday, December 3rd 2023. Receipt Time: 12:53:04 PM NEVER JUDGE A BOOK FOR IT’S COVER. NO ALL COSTUMERS ARE SHOPLIFTERS, WE DON’T DRESS TO IMPRESS ANYONE. ASSOCIATES, WE NEED YOUR HELP TO ELEVATE OUR STYLE. SKECHERS Warehouse Outlet Mayslanding 01074 Dear Skechers Headquarters : Hello, today I went to get four pairs of shoes. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by an Associate. He seemed nice, so when I was walking through the store I noticed that I was being followed. After choosing the first two pairs of shoes for my mother, I decided to go to the men's section to select 2 pairs for me. I noticed another male Associate came and he looked at me and then I realized I was being stereotyped by my clothes and looks. It was very curious because there was another customer, a senior white male, who was very nice to my mother and he should be hired as a salesperson. He was there with his wife and he was wonderful. My mother grabbed some additional items, a nice sweater, a pair of socks, but I noticed that we were rushed or pushed out. I believe we didn't even spend 30 minutes at the store. There were so many things to see, but all the attention was on us. My mother went to grab a hat and a pair of gloves that match the sweater and I noticed the nice Associate grabbing the gloves off her hands so fast that almost rip her hand off, a fast impulse of fear of what?, like she was going to steal them. I was just observing the scene and being patient. I believe a salesperson should be polite to ask, is there anything else that you like?. After returning to the cashier and starting processing, the Associate asks where the pants are? I said what pants, oh!, I think she has some pants and he started to look, so I help him to look and there was no pants, only a pair of socks and the nice sweater, the hat and gloves that he place at the side after scanning them and the two pairs of shoes for my mother; but the way he said it, it was like and accusation, like my mother was stealing “pants?” My mother, a senior citizen 73 years of age, has been begging me for months to take her to Skechers to buy her new shoes, because they are comfortable for her age. I also noticed there was an Asian female Associate or maybe the Store Manager, I look at her but she was with a mad face, she don't even say hello or thank you for coming, she just have a terrible face, like she was going to kill someone, The nice Associate look at her and also noticed her attitude and knew why she was behaving like that, of course because us, stereotyped by our looks. She was like a mad dog face watching the transaction and the cash register, and I also noticed the other (male hispanic or asian) Associate standing by the left side by the door guarding in case we were planning to run out with the items. These Associates and the Store Manager needs to be RE-TRAINED IMMEDIATELY. I am not sure if I would ever return here or go to a Goodwill Store to buy donate shoes, that sometimes comes from dead people, and some has fungus. That's one of the reasons I ordered online because I don't want to deal with this kind of behavior. On my previous visit to the store I met a wonderful manager, and at the store in Atlantic City I also had a wonderful experience. But today was something else. I don't like to pretend, when I go shopping I always go with my humble clothes, it seems like It was our humble clothing. Do we look like homeless people or thiefs?, NEVER JUDGE A BOOK FOR IT’S COVER. I am not Madonna, Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Bad Bunny or Brad Pitt, but I also worked very hard to spend my money on my cravings."
"Found a great pair of wide sneakers that were very light and got another pair half off. Great quality shoes. The service was very good also."
"5/5 I love these shoes and this store. they always have some sort of sale or deals with your account too so I always save so much for comfortable shoes. It's generally clean and the service there is nice and helpful. The music and lighting makes it enjoyable too."
"This was our first time here. The selection is tremendous. Most had all sizes. We were approached several times asking if we needed help. We did have a small request and it was taken care of immediately with a smile. Both my husband and I purchased items. The only issue we encountered was the seating to try on shoes was in the aisle and not big enough to put the boxes next to us so boxes ended up partially in the aisle."
