"My daughter came to shop here and despite the fact that she was giving her business to the store (and ended up buying merchandise), one of the employees, an older woman, was extremely rude to her. She snapped at her, made continually rude comments, and did not offer any help. The other employees at the register were lovely but this woman did ruin our experience."
