"I called a week in advance to set up and appointment for an oil change/tire rotation. Guy on the phone said to show up between 8-9. I showed up at 8:01 and he said alright you can pick it up later. I asked if I could wait for it and he said no. Well…isn’t that the point of making an appointment? Maybe you should train your guys that answer the phone to incorporate that into their spiel. Took the day off expecting to wait between 1-2 hours and now I have to go somewhere else. Their next available appointment was a week later and they were not willing to accommodate me when it was their mistake. All because of bad customer service. I recommend going to PJ’s Automotive. It was 2/3 of the price TireCraft gave me and he said I could wait on it. 1 hour tops. Screw these guys."
