"Worst experience ever, will never return to this store. I just recently had RKE letter my authentic NY rangers winter classic jersey. This jersey was only made for one game back in 2012. Knowing its rarity and that i also just spent ($300.00) I took the time with the owner who kept throwing smart remarks towards me, to place the numbers and letters in a specific location on the back of the jersey. I even told the owner after taking a photo if its layout that" this is how i wanted it lettered". the following day i picked up the jersey only to find it was not lettered as I wanted, stained, and the captain "C" was not completely sewn on. The owner said no charge for the lettering as if that would fix the problem."
