"DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED HERE! My son was in a accident while away from home, and the police called a tow truck that took his vehicle here. When he called, they told him they would return his phone call. This was on a Friday afternoon. Didn't hear from them again until Monday. So he basically got charged storage fees on top of the tow because they didn't call back and then were closed... Well then they claim the car isnt worth fixing, which I'm sure is true... but they literally gave him no choice and said we'll take the car and give you a $200 discount here's your bill for $150! So he basically paid for them to keep his car that they will turn around and part out for at least $2000! The tires were basically brand new those alone they can sell for a minimum of $400! They knew they had him between a rock and a hard place and took full advantage! This is why mechanics and body shops get a bad name!"

"This location is terrible. I had been given a title to a car with incorrect information. The NJMVC denied me getting my registration and kept my car title in their Trenton, NJ location. When I went back to C.H. Autos a lady name Kim goes to great lengths to communicate that this issue is not their problem. They refuse to offer me a proper Lien Release Form even after car has been paid off on record for over 1 year. I had continuously contacted C.H. autos and even drove 45 minutes one way just to get turned down by Kim again. I'm wasting so much money on Uber drives to get to and from work. C.H. Autos can simply sign and fax a proper lien release form to NJMVC as requested. Please do not do any business at this place. I will be notifying the District Attorney because this has been going on for too long."
