"I had the worst customer experience today 11/08/2022. The girl at the register failed to give positive customer service instead of explaining the sale of buy any shoe get a sale shoe 50% off. When checking me out she did not show me any shoes that I could get on sale. After I left the store. I realized this so I went back to do a return on the shoes as I wanted to take advantage of the sale if shown to me. Instead of assistance from the sales team. The register started to roll her eyes. Then she completed the return. Personally, do not recommend this store if your looking to take advantage of sales and have a positive customer experience."

"Didn't appreciate the customer service. They gave me a women's 10.5 instead of a Men's, and I had to drive 1hr there and 1hr back to make an exchange. They gave the exchange but didn't even apologize. I'm not looking for free stuff, but at least make an effort instead of blank stare at me from the manage. Hope others have a better experience."
