Mavis Discount Tire

"Read full review!!!!!! Worst experience ever i had. I went there to get new tires mount and balance with alignment. The person on the desk was good. He gave me the good price so I decided to install the tires with them so they put on the tires. but they put the wrong size so on the very next day when the store got opened, I went there and I told them that they put the wrong size but at the time that was a different person and he gave me a option that I can drive with that different size tires that will be no much difference I mean seriously guys!!!!! And when I declined that option, he said I’ll have to wait three more days and I will have to pay extra because I am getting a different size. In actual, I am getting what I supposed to get not the different size. they made a mistake they put the wrong size that’s their mistake, so I called the mavis customer support and they help me out to get to the different location and they change actual size tires on my car but the different location also messed up they put the two tires which are two years old and two tires which are one year old so now I have two different pairs after paying $700 because. I will never ever give any business to Mavis in future and I will stop other people Also those who are going to Mavis and I will save their money and life. and the worst part is despite of their mistake that other guy who was giving me this stupid options was being rude to me instead of helping me out."

"I came in without an appointment and they did not have the size tires I needed available. Not only did they order my tires they managed to get them delivered the same day. Art and Bryan were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even gave me a ride home. I will definitely be back for other service. Thank you!"
