"Awful experience. My husband rented a tux for an out-of-town wedding. The first time we went to pick it up, the pants were about 6 inches too short. We were assured that the issue would be addressed. We picked up the tux on our way out of town, foolishly assuming that huge of a sizing error wouldn't happen again. Well... when we got to the hotel and took out the tux, the pants were still capris. I called several times to request a refund with the promise of a return phone call and did not hear back. We finally were offered a refund of only $60 because "that is roughly the cost of the pant rental." $60 doesn't even come close to covering the amount of money we spent going to the nearest mall to purchase a pair of tux pants and the Uber to the wedding venue since we missed the shuttle due to the unexpected shopping trip. Incredibly disappointing..."

"Ordered a tuxedo for my wedding months in advance, didn’t receive it till the week of the wedding. Measurements on pants cuff were way off when received, had to go back twice in the same week to get the pants corrected. Do not recommend for tuxedo rental."

"I am so disappointed by the experience my fiancé & I had here. My fiancé has been in numerous weddings that have used Dante Zeller and never had any issues, but they dropped the ball on our own wedding. They gave one groomsmen a completely different colored suit & tie (was given a pink suit with a reddish tie, the suit he should’ve received is a brownish mauve with a burgundy tie), incorrectly sized both of our fathers (my own father has made 2-3 trips before getting the correct size), they gave the best men the wrong color ties/pocket squares, and my fiancé asked for a slim fit jacket but received a regular fit. Our wedding is in 4 days and now we have to make sure everyone got the correct size/suit/ties/pocket squares. Absolutely ridiculous. They have 1 person working, who isn’t even a seamstress, sizing the customers. Then during the rush, this 1 employee is stuck to work on multiple people by themselves, no wonder everything is all messed up."

"I went to Dante Zeller in Pleasant Plains for tuxedos for myself and 6 other men for my wedding. The process was simple, affordable and the tuxedos turned out great. I liked how they have a web based system that you can log into which shows the status of all the rentals in your wedding party. This makes it easy to see who got fitted, who did not, who picked up their rental and who is still pending. They also have locations in different regions which made it convenient for the guys who did not live near me to get their tuxedos. I would go back to them in the future if I ever need another rental."
