"The review I wrote this morning went missing. So I’ll try again! First, the store Is kept neat and clean. The clothing seems to be well made. The clerks are young and inexperienced but helpful. We asked why the advertising says Japanese and British inspired, the clerks in store told us it is a European based company but didn’t know much more. Bought a jacket. Came home, read the tag. It says MADE IN CHINA. The tag also says not to leave in direct sunlight. And to DRY IN WELL VENTILATED AREA. That’s a concern. And I Did Not say what it was made out of. Went back to the store. Asked the clerk what exactly that means. No one had a clue. The jacket was returned."

"Benny at the Staten Island store is so very sweet!! He greeted me at the door with such energy and such a great attitude my back pack started and ended with him! He showed me all that the store had to offer. Because of him I'm shopping for my kids here from now on. I'm a mother and grandmother with set expectations in regards to customer service. Because of Benny, My grandbabies will shop here!!!"

"Love the quality of their clothes, especially winter jackets. The staff is super friendly too. Can always find a good quality hoodie, t-shirt or sweat pants for a teen in beautiful vibrant colors. My kids and I shop here and enjoy the quality of their clothes, build better than the other popular brands sold in the mall."
