"Was there today and did not appreciate how the boss spoke to the workers saying they aren't allowed to have any breaks not even to the bathroom in front of paying customers. Not good work ethic at all because the young crowd that work there are very great and provide great service and deserving of a break when needed so I give the workers 5 stars but the owner 2 stars for that!! Plus the new manager there is not inviting or helpful from what I see...please fix this and then u will deserve 5 stars"
"The manager says in a loud voice. The bathroom is for paying customers only. Completely oblivious that I just spent $45.00 on their products. I say mam,are you saying I'm not a paying customer as I was just served by your cashier? She looked baffled and tried a half felt apology. I won't return it was embarrassing."
"This is my go to Dunkin! The employees are pretty friendly, and the service is pretty fast. There’s no drive-through, but normally plenty of parking in front. There’s always room for improvement though."
