"Enjoyed my experience and the sushi. I go with the nigiri pieces that I like, a few of my favorite rolls and always look for spicy scallops hand roll. If you're in the area, this is the place to visit."

"The food is remarkable and we've ordered it at least a dozen times. Definitely one of the best sushi restaurants in the area. However, their service is weak. Like really weak. Daruma should probably be take out only or reservation only. A couple walked in and tried to get seated, there were tons of open seats and the manager told them that they're short staffed and not seating anyone else. I once tried to dine here as well, we were seated but the server was nowhere to be found. Ended up walking out and going to another restaurant. Hope they get their staffing figured out."

"Some of the other reviewers don’t seem to know that Daruma, unlike almost every other restaurant in Englewood, has its own parking lot next door which makes them a particularly attractive choice when u don’t feel like spending any time parking your car. The service and excellent and the food is great and the restaurant has a great vibe. Recommended."

"Lots of parking in the area and somewhat commercial. Most parking is metered. The restaurant itself is nice with a contemporary look and feel. Staff is nice. The menu is what you would expect from a Japanese restaurant in the US. The dishes are served beautifully. Sushi tasted great! I had a Godzilla roll and Philadelphia with an iced green tea and my wife had a Spider roll and Shrimp tempura roll with ginger ale (photos attached). We paid roughly $45, not including tip. I recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for fresh, beautiful and great tasting sushi."
