"Used to be my go to delivery Sushi spot... fish quality has gone down recently, tasting less fresh that usual. Last order for delivery said it was done at 6pm and then "new delivery guy" marked it as delivered but it never showed. I tried to cancel on seamless and ordered again. Food came then and it was the original order.. but this was an hour late and was warm and had been obviously sitting out all that time. I then canceled the new order and Musashi called me about 5 times arranging for someone to come pick up that original order from me to tak it back... at which point it had now been about two hours (I put it in the fridge at least). I feel bad for whoever gets my order that they took back from me. Shame, and zero customer service dealing with this issue..."
"Ordered delivery twice, first time wasn’t good. Decided to give it another shot given it has good reviews and disappointed again. Unfortunately fish was not fresh. Think if it was good it would be a hit considering I like their menu."

"This is a great lunch place. Their lunch combos are nicely priced and the sushi actually tastes great. I got the tri color sushi lunch combo. Came around 2pm on a Thursday and it was empty, but I got a nice bright table by the window."
"Just opened like a week ago and I love it so far! The service and food here are excellent. This is also probably one of the best sashimi deals in the neighborhood and the fish was extremely fresh. The decor is clean and minimalist, very true to Japanese culture. Musashi is not as fancy as some of the other sushi establishments in Manhattan, but if you are looking for a more casual no frills sushi experience, this is your place. Musashi is definitely our new go to."
