They made sure I was comfortable the whole way through and took time to explain things about suits I didn’t know. It was definitely an incredible experience."

"This review is for the end product vs. the store experience. I left the store with the a positive experience after having to get a custom suit for my friend’s wedding. The “custom” suit is an absolute mess and joke. For starters, the pants are comically inches above where they need to be literally falling above the ball of my ankle standing up. Picture an adult in children’s bell bottoms. The jacket along with the pant are also awkwardly skewed, falling in different places on each side of the body. Customer service for the call was the worst part of it all with the guy I spoke to sounding so exhausted as I imagine he deals with this all the time. No apology given - just basically go get it fixed yourself and we may cover part of the alteration when you submit a receipt. While the groom warned me he had to get another suit last minute because his was cheap and all wrongly sized as well, I had only mentally prepared for some minor revisions. What an absolute waste of $700 and with the no refund policy because it is “custom cut” to your body (while being the furthest thing from it), this is going in the BUYER BEWARE SCAM category. Thankfully I already go to suit supply for my other suits but wish I didn’t need to spend all this money to understand that you should never fall for a custom scam again."
