"BE ADVISED: if you want to purchase a dirty or damaged pair of sneakers at a discount, this is your go to place. Hush Life Boutique sells sneakers with 'damages from the manufacturer' (that's why they're discounted). Customer service is non existent (once you purchase your flawed item, you have to keep it - no returns, no refunds, no explanation...NOTHING) Shipping is expensive, but quick, so you can give it a try if you want your dirty, damaged or possibly broken sneakers to arrive promptly. I don't recommend this place - unless you want to waste money on dirty/damaged sneakers."

"Absolutely horrible customer service. I purchased an item as a Christmas gift for my child in Mid-December and paid for expedited shipping. 6 days later, i still had no tracking number, so I called. I spoke with 2 people who sounded like they were in a basement somewhere, who assured me that my item was fulfilled and would be shipped out yesterday. It would not be here in time for Christmas, but they assured me it was coming. Today, I received a notification that my order was canceled and refunded. I cannot recommend enough to avoid this store."

"There were a pair of Nike Dunks I HAD TO HAVE!!!! I Google searched them and came across Hush Life Boutique. The price point was much so much less than I had seen for this pair of shoes that it was almost unreal. Thus, I had to make a phone call to ensure this company was legit. I made contact and the person that answered the phone was BEYOND pleasant. He gave me a brief rundown of the business and assured me they were the best place to purchase. Soooo, I made the purchase! I purchased the sneakers on Dec. 27, 2022. They arrived on Jan. 3, 2023, which was expected due to the holiday surge in deliveries. Considering that, the shipping was great and arrived accordingly. When the shoes arrived, I immediately noticed they had a stain and scratch on the nubuck. If you're a SNEAKER HEAD, we don't do stains or scratches!!!!!! Oh nooooo! I called the store and explain the situation. The sales associate was very informative and did everything to meet my needs as a consumer. She advised I send an email to the company owner and that I should received a response in 24-48 hours. The response came back 2 hours later. They asked for pictures and my invoice number to do a little research. The following day, I received an email stating that I could keep the shoes they originally sent me and that another pair would be sent to me immediately. In addition, they assured the shoes would be physically inspected prior to shipping. I was WOWED!!!!! So all in all I would rate... the customer service a 100% the communication a 100% the price point a 100% the shipping time a 100% Thank you so much Hush Life Boutique for making this shopping experience AMAZING! You have gained a lifetime customer all the way from VA. If you are still wondering if you should make a purchase with Hush Life Boutique...GONE AND DO IT NOW!!!!!!!! P.S. please note, the stains and scratches on the shoes were a Nike quality control issue. The shoes were unworn and fresh out of the box upon receiving them."
