"Everything is very tasty, there is a wide variety! The atmosphere is totally Instagrammable! I couldn't stop looking at the ceiling! But the restaurant is very cold, almost freezing!"

"Yakitori beef was ok, yakitori shrimp was good, shrimp tempura was good, beef yakisoba was way too sweet, calamari was over cooked so it was chewy, of all the rolls in the Hai family - the best was the fish skin roll and the rest was so-so. Raw fish tasted fresh but the fake crab meat was a let down. Rolls were small in size. Rice was just normal boiled rice. Service was ok. Price was definitely on the higher side given the quality of the food. Automatic 18% service charge and additional charge when using credit card, both not mentioned or made known to us. Parking is hard to find around there."

"The Customer service is super bad. We order a WATER it took 30 min to come. The food came first and the water still didn’t come. We order drinks and it took super long to arrive, our drinks came on the middle of when we was eating. WE WAS SUPER THIRSTY The only thing that was good it was the food and the presentation. I don’t recommend getting ALL YOU CAN EAT that’s where they get you If you go with a group call ahead. We took about 15 min to seat down and we got there about 30 min after opening, IT WAS EMPTY"
