"The Harlem 125th Branch is the worst Burlington. There's hardly any employees working on the selling floor. The merchandise is thrown everywhere. The place is like a zoo. The lines are extremely long, with very limited cashiers working. I was on the line for over an hour. This is bad customer service. Things like that don't happen on Union Square. I've gone to Marshall's across the street, and they are very organized . Customer service is much better. Burlington, you have got to do better! Stop treating the Harlem store like that! Hire some new employees and train them to provide better customer service. Thank you."

"I'm known in this store as I live around the corner. I'm shop here frequently just about EVERYDAY. The lines are long but I tough it out for the prices and the staff including loss prevention staff who are quite nice and patient. Unfortunately this evening I encountered one nasty individual who earned this complaint. I walked in the store to return one item around 754pm. I walked to the line which wasn't crazy long and then decided to just run to shoe department to look. This individual followed me and said in a very nasty tone the store was closed gesturing with her hands. I ignored her at first cause I didn't know who the hell she was speaking to like that. After I just looked down the aisle I turned and said I heard you. She responds "oh I didn't know if you spoke English cause you didn't answer me" and quite frankly I didn't have to answer her. She made a statement, she didn't ask a question. Additionally there were several other customers still shopping on the floor but I was her target. I have never been treated like this coming in this store and as I said I come here often so it was not at all appreciated. Whether I speak English, Latin, Chinese or Spanish CUSTOMER SERVICE is crucially important. Tone is important, interaction is important, and knowing your place is important. Quite frankly she needs to be reprimanded or fired if not I promise you she will have another issue cause she's disrespectful and not all customers will handle it respectfully the way I did.
