"The customer service i received was horrible, the cashier was clueless. Apparently they don’t price match in stores with their own gap factory prices. I was so disappointed because i went out of my way to get the deals for my kids. Called customer service they were of no help probably worse. Then i was caught by surprise when i decided to go to BTC and they did more than what i needed. Most likely never coming back to this store."

"This is an excellent Gap Factory store, lots of inventory, different sizes are available for most products. Huge number of products for men, women and kids. I had lots of good options for my 4 year old. Also found lots of good jeans for myself. Most items have discount or sale offers on them. The store is clean, not very crowded. Associates are helpful, register moves fast. Really happy to have found this Gap store."

"I am not Gap shopper, however I decided to stop by one on my way back home from groceries shopping to buy needed clothing items. I quickly realized I was being watched/followed by 2 employees & 1 security guard. I was so appalled and chose not to buy anything. I don't understand why I was treated this way. Maybe they don't care of losing a sale because they are closing but this sure was not customer service."

"Sept 5 Labour day, 2022, I went to shop there. There was a girl and boy at the cashier counter. We asked we want to try slippers how to do that because the slippers are behind the cashiers he said you have to ask me and I will provide you. We asked him 4 times and he got upset as we were trying colors. It is not our fault, then the way he insulted us again and again and being in front of him he said go back and stand in the queue. He was very miserable the girl cashier was trying to be nice to customers but she was scared of this boy cashier and was doing exactly the same what he was doing being audacious to its customers. They don’t care about the gap store and customers. They just don’t want to work i guess esp the cashier boy. That is the reason there was no one and store is full of clothes. Because the cashier are audacious. I want gap to contact me. So that I can share my story with them. If you want to feel like a beggar and want to get humiliated, go to this store."
