"Style is very nice but sizes run extremely small... went to make an exchange owner very rude because I didnt have both labels and had just one label in the bag he didnt want to exchange and yelled at me saying not to tell him nothing... couldnt believe how disrespectful... I had a full reciept and the main label just missing a small label guess comes attached...I just wanted to exchange for a bigger size. Very bad customer service felt descriminated he was telling the cashier to tell me like if I couldnt speak english."

"Xios is an amazing franchise (I like the Woodside one ) , but this particular store ...something about it is uncomfortable . From its small size to some guy that's always lurking in the front , I can't tell if he is staff or some boyfriend of a worker ? But people lurking around me while I'm shopping is uncomfortable. I also don't ever see a lot of shoppers in this store , if any at all and I suggest unfortunately that you guys take down this store simply because it dosent look like its profiting compared to other stores .
