I had to tweak the sleeve lengths and customer service from Kemper an Gianna was terrific. You can either get a super high quality made shirt that fits perfectly quick and easy or go crazy and get a fully customized shirt. Unique to you down to the smallest detail. (I get my left cuff slightly larger so I can easily see my watch). The idea that every shirt wearing person will fit perfectly into either a S, M or L is absurd and those that buy shirts in one of those 3 sizes usually look equally absurd.
