Burlington

"Well! I usually do not like coming into this store cause it is so messy. Such a long wait at the registers so I usually end up leaving the pots, or anything I may have found in the store and walk away. But I went last week on a Tuesday morning and I had a great time looking at things and actually making a purchase! The store was surprisingly in good shape, not items on the floor or the usual mess. The cashiers were nice and the line went fast. Prices are low for most items. I imagine if you have children or a big family this would be the place to go. Lots of great clothes for children at great prices. I like going in for kitchen items, art supplies, pajamas and what ever pretty thing I may find. I'll go back Keep it up!"

"Terrible experience here. The night shift manager during the workweeks is very rude and has no sense of customer service and does not make me or my family feel welcome to the store. The line is always extremely slow as well; be ready to wait 30+ minutes to checkout. This is not the first time I felt uncomfortable at the store. I really wish management was more welcoming and customer service oriented. I gave Burlington so much business but unfortunately, I will not be coming back here. Similar stores around like TJX will gladly take my business and be very happy to assist customers."

"I went to the Burlington store in Bergen town center and I love the variety of clothing and other options that they carry. Prices are great and they carry many brand name items, but a half hour to buy something? This is why I'm not going to give it 5 stars. Burlington needs to do a better job with staffing and checkouts."
