"Last Friday around 11~12 o'clock, I bought a cashmere sweater, dress, and backpack. The cashier (second to the left from the entrance to the checkout line) asked if I would make a Marshall credit card, and I said I couldn't because I am not a resident and was visiting my son's house from another country. Immediately after that, she turned over all the pockets of the backpack I had chosen, as if she were treating me like a thief. Just by looking at it, it was clear that there was nothing in the pockets, but I think it was racism for her to do that. I have been to the US several times over the past few decades and have been using Marshalls and TJ Maxx, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me. Such an employee seems to have a personality that is not at all helpful not only to Marshall but also to American society."

"They have good stuff but god forbid u need to make a purchase or return.. the line may not be long that doesnt mean you wont be waiting forever.. doesnt matter what time of day, cashiers seem very slow"
