"I was really let down by my experience in the store on 6th Ave. today. When I arrived it took several moments for an associate to acknowledge me and when he did, he referred me to another associate who did not greet me and instead spoke to me one syllable words. "Come" (asking me to follow her). "Here" (as she processed my return which took another 10 minutes). She was so rude, I just had to laugh. I browsed the store for fewer than five minutes and then walked out. No one bothered to introduce themselves or ask if I needed anything despite me seeing a few associates seemingly hiding in one of the offices chatting away. My perception of the brand really took a hit today. Will fulfill my return and take my business elsewhere in the future."

"Poor customer service and outdated payment processing systems. They were unable to process a return without the original form of payment, and the staff was entirely unhelpful in helping to find an alternative."

"Brooks Brothers once featured the finast traditional clothing and impeccable services the sales associates selected for this store were obviously hired with "diversity" in mind,clearly not for competence. Very sad as most traditional Brooks customers will feel quite uncomfortable with this "staff,"as I did. After shopping at the former and now closed 346 Madison store for over 25 years,after today's experience i am through with Brooks Brothers ,as I did"

"The staff was helpful and professional, even though it took me a solid two hours to choose a suit and shirts. It’s a smallish store but their cellar has extra stock so they can often find sizes and patterns that aren’t on the shelves. It was a great experience, especially thanks to Eric."
