I’ve always liked Charles Trywhitt for their quality, design, and endless marketing emails :) However, when I recently bought a blazer I was going between sizes and eventually had to either get an expensive alternation or wait for the blazer to restock at a different size, unsure whether that would even work. Chris overheard me discussing that with one of the associates and although being almost done for the day and on his way out of the door, he stopped and took the time to measure me up and find a solution. Not only that, he also waived the alteration fees (over $100) completely. That’s great customer service right there. Thank you, Chris."
