I was asked for my full name and email details immediately upon entering, before even trying on any shirts. I would have preferred to provide this information only after deciding to purchase. Post-purchase, I faced issues with receiving an email receipt and had trouble contacting the store due to a perpetually full voicemail. Eventually, an online agent helped rectify a typo in my email and tracked my order. However, the order listed the shirts as size L, contrary to the tailored 16" collar x 34" sleeves measurements taken in the store, which align with size M in Bonobos' sizing chart. This discrepancy leaves me uncertain about the size of the shirts that will be delivered. Despite the enjoyable in-store experience and good shirt quality, the store's system was confusing."
