"I visited this store because it's a little closer to my house than the Ocean locations. Visit #1 was mid day during the week, just before 3pm. There was a handwritten note on the door that said they were "closed for lunch". Visit #2 was today, close to lunch (I took my chances). There was one person working in the store. He was helping 2 separate people and after waiting for 30 minutes, I had to leave. I feel bad for the poor person who was stuck running an entire store by himself, especially on a Saturday."

"By far the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Sent me to another store that basically said “yeah that store keeps sending their customers here because they don’t want to work” and the ocean store resolved my issue. Horrible service, do not go here in any circumstance. Place should be shut down for life and employees sent to the gulag"

"I went in at 11am to get information on the new Iphone 15. The gentleman behind the desk had me wait while he changed the password on his computer/Ipad. When he looked up my account he saw I had an additional line and tried to sell me on a newer plan. When I told him I wasn't interested and just wanted info on the I-15. he kept saying I should change the plan I had. He then said " I'm just doing my job, I never had a customer like you" I said " your job is to answer my questions and he kept saying " I'm just doing my job" I walked out without anything that I came for. Someone needs to learn about customer service."

"The sales person,Tay, was one of the most patient and technically knowledgeable Verizon employees I have ever met. She was detaiI oriented and professional, being sure that everybody's questions were answered and they had the appropriate interface with Verizon. Amazing salesperson that made a very long, long process much more pleasant !"

"This Verizon store is quite the little gem . Rarely any wait time and staff is always eager to help. This is my second time purchasing a new phone there . Tai was super helpful and informative and was able to guide me knowledgeably through all my choices."
