"Went in person to try on shirts because we had a great experience at the Soho location. They didn't have the color we wanted so the rep offered to make the order for us online. The delivery arrived today and we find out what the rep ordered was the wrong shirt, in the wrong color, and the wrong size! We do not have enough time to ship this back and get an exchange before we leave for a wedding at the end of the week. We're going to have to do a full refund and get a shirt somewhere else for the event."

"Bonobos (boh-know-bohs, emphasis on the second syllable for those that care) is an excellent men's clothing shopping experience! The Guides (read: employees) are patient and do a great job of helping you find the perfect fit for your style. They have an above average range of sizes which is great because I'm a shorter guy - finding pants that I don't have to cuff a hundred times can be hard. I found a great pair of chinos that fit perfectly and will need no tailoring for once. Take the time to try on everything, as the Guides will create a profile for you with all your measurements. This can then be used at any Bonobos store or online. Fair warning, the clothing has a tailored look even on their "standard" fits. Pricing is above average, but clothing quality is definitely reflected in the price. They are definitely my best fitting dress shirts, polos, and slacks I have owned to date."

Staff was extremely friendly and patient in indulging me. The guide I worked with followed up with an email with all my measurements to place future orders."
